Dr. Dianne B. Collard

PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT

To live my life in worship of God and be a messenger of His hope through speaking, writing and counseling and thereby contribute to the development of people and the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Dr. Dianne Collard was born into a Christian home and she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of seven.  During her early teen years she surrendered to serve God with her whole life.  Following her marriage at age eighteen, she served in a variety of roles and ministries within churches, Christian schools and related organizations in the USA along side her husband, Glenn.

Over the years, Dianne has experienced many difficulties in her journey that might have destroyed her.  Overcoming clinical depression and conquering the pain and effects of a difficult childhood, Dianne has known the reality of God’s grace and power.  However, it is the murder of her eldest son in 1992 that became the defining moment in her faith walk which now serves as the wellspring of her message of hope and the freedom of forgiveness.

Dianne and her husband have been missionaries since 1986, serving in over 40 countries while living in Europe. Her role is multi-faceted: preparing and directing the work of hundreds of missionaries; speaking at conferences throughout Europe, the U.S. and Mexico; and directing the department of worship and the creative arts for an organization training European church planters. She has lectured in classes at Biola University and Columbia International University.

Dianne is the mother of three children and “Mimi” to her five granddaughters. She and her husband are leaders in an inner-city church which is serving the alienated and forgotten members of our culture—the homeless; former addicts and prison inmates; as well as the struggling artists of the “NoDa” (North of Davidson) artist district in Charlotte, North Carolina.

COLLARD FAMILY COVENANT
